Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TrendyCollections Hub, each product is carefully selected, packed, and handled with attention to detail. Due to the time, effort, and resources involved in processing every order, we follow a strict but transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on orders once placed, except in cases of fulfilment errors or genuine manufacturing defects.

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product shipped
  • Product received with a genuine manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to our location for inspection.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified by our team
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days from the date of refund initiation

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are not accepted once the purchase has been completed
  • Since our products are processed immediately after order confirmation, cancellations cannot be accommodated

Exceptions (Eligible for Refund):

  • Incorrect item has been shipped
  • Product has a genuine manufacturing defect

Dispatch timelines may vary slightly depending on seasonal demand, festive periods, or operational factors.

Important Conditions for Approved Cases

In case of approved refund scenarios, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Returned with original tags intact

Refunds for eligible cases will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days of initiation.
